Student Government will be hosting their sixth annual Firepit talent show online this year for students and campus members to enjoy from the comfort of their own home.

Taking place on Thursday, April 16, students will be able to submit up to three performances that must not be in violation of UM-Flint’s Non-Discrimination Policy.

Those looking to participate in the talent show must be a UM-Flint student, 18 years old or older and have submitted the FirePit google form in order to have their video displayed. Failure to submit the form or sending in a video that goes against these guidelines will not be uploaded.

Submissions will be posted to SG’s Instagram page every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, encouraging rolling submissions until the date of the event. Submissions will be taken until 11:59 p.m. on April 16.

There will be three winners chosen based on the amount of likes each video gets. The only likes that will be counted will be ones liked by SG followers, no exceptions. The winners will be announced on Friday, April 17.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this year’s FirePit, contact SG.
