Genesee County, Michigan – Genesee County residents will have a chance to see a new piece of the county’s public health future on Wednesday, June 10, when the Genesee County Health & Resource Fair fills downtown Flint with services, information, and community support.
The free event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Genesee County Administration Building, located at 324 S. Saginaw St. in Flint. Organizers are bringing together public health resources, county departments, local service providers, health organizations, community partners, and more than 50 vendors for a day designed to connect people with help close to home.
At the center of this year’s fair is the launch of the Genesee County Health Department’s new mobile health unit. County officials describe the unit as an important step in expanding access to care and bringing public health services closer to residents across the community.
For many families, seniors, veterans, and individuals, the mobile unit is expected to represent something simple but powerful: health support that can move toward the people who need it.

The fair is also meant to be practical. Attendees will be able to speak with organizations offering information about local programs, health services, and community resources available in Genesee County. Food trucks will also be part of the event, adding a relaxed downtown atmosphere to a day focused on connection and access.
For some visitors, the main draw may be learning about available support. For others, it may be the chance to meet local service providers face to face, ask questions, or discover programs they did not know existed. And for many, June 10 will be the first opportunity to see the county’s new mobile health unit before it begins playing a larger role in community outreach.
The Genesee County Health & Resource Fair is open to the public and is built around a clear goal: making services easier to find and bringing neighbors, agencies, and health partners into one shared space.
The event will be held Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Genesee County Administration Building, 324 S. Saginaw St., Flint, MI 48502. More information is available here.
