Keith Urban gives Genesee County’s Ally Challenge a stadium-sized summer boost in 2026

Genesee County, Michigan – Late summer at Warwick Hills is set to get even louder in 2026, as tournament organizers have lined up one of country music’s biggest names to cap off a packed weekend in Grand Blanc Township.

Keith Urban will take the stage for the Ally Community Concert during next year’s Ally Challenge presented by McLaren, adding a major entertainment draw to an event that has steadily grown into one of Genesee County’s signature annual attractions.

Urban is scheduled to perform on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2026, on the driving range after the second round of the PGA TOUR Champions tournament. His appearance gives the week a high-profile centerpiece, blending championship golf with a concert expected to draw fans from well beyond the fairways. Organizers said the ninth edition of the tournament will run Aug. 24-30, 2026, with spectators welcome from Thursday, Aug. 27, through Sunday, Aug. 30.

Tickets for the 2026 event are set to go on sale Friday, April 17, at 10 a.m. EDT, with daily grounds admission starting at $15. Access to the Keith Urban concert will be included with a valid tournament ticket, the same requirement that will apply to Friday’s Concert @17 presented by Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort. Officials said details about that Friday performance will be released at a later date.

The format for the week remains familiar, but its reach keeps expanding. Tournament leaders say the event will once again combine professional golf, live music, and a wide range of fan activities across the Warwick Hills grounds. The competition itself will feature three rounds and will be televised on Golf Channel, giving the tournament a national platform while keeping its local identity firmly intact.

That local connection remains a defining part of the Ally Challenge’s story. Since debuting in 2018, the tournament has donated more than $9.6 million to charities across the greater Flint area, turning a sports weekend into a meaningful source of community support. Over time, that mix of philanthropy, entertainment, and top-level golf has helped elevate the event into something larger than a stop on the schedule.

With Keith Urban now attached to the 2026 lineup, the tournament is positioning itself for another strong year, one that promises packed galleries by day, music under the evening sky, and another chance for Warwick Hills to serve as the center of one of the region’s biggest weeks.
